Features and uses:

ZJL slurry pump is a single-stage, single-suction, vertical centrifugal slurry pump. This series of slurry pump adopts international advanced solid-liquid two-phase flow theory and is designed according to the principle of minimum loss. The geometry of the flow-passing parts conforms to the flow state of the medium, reducing local and along-the-line hydraulic losses such as eddy currents and impacts, thereby reducing the wear of the flow-passing parts, improving hydraulic efficiency, and reducing operating noise and vibration; The over-flow parts of the slurry pump parts are made of high-hard alloy cast iron, whose material has high abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance, and impact resistance, thereby increasing its life.

ZJL vertical slurry pump is generally immersed in the pool or pit to work without any shaft seal and shaft seal water. The submerged pump of the extended shaft series can be applied to the working condition with deep liquid level. This type of pump is suitable for mining, metallurgy, electric power, coal, chemical, building materials and other industries. It can transport abrasive and corrosive slurry containing solid particles. The maximum weight concentration of solid-liquid mixture: 45% mortar, 60% mineral slurry.
